Will Wachowski was born in Park Ridge, Illinois, located just 25 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago. Will attended Indiana University, where he spent four years in Bloomington pursuing a degree in Management. From an early age, Will was inspired by his father’s real estate ventures, including the family home and various investment properties in the Chicagoland area. This early exposure fueled his desire to build a career in real estate.

In August 2023, shortly after graduating college, Will earned his license as a Residential Broker in Illinois and joined Keller Williams Brokerage. He quickly applied his passion and network to assist many family and friends, establishing himself as a dedicated and effective real estate professional. Will’s vision for his business is to scale operations in a way that not only supports his family but also allows him to bring his siblings into the fold, creating a collaborative family enterprise. Part of this desire is driven by the passing of Will’s mother in 2013, when he was just 12, which was a profound loss that deeply affected his family. This experience has reinforced Will’s commitment to maintaining strong family ties and integrating his loved ones into his professional journey. As he continues to grow his real estate business, Will remains focused on creating a supportive and unified family-oriented venture.
